Agueda Pacheco Is a writer based out of Seattle. She was previously a culture writer for Crosscut, a northwest nonprofit newsroom.

Originally from Mexico, Agueda was raised in the U.S. after immigrating to Seattle. She's one of thousands of people known as Dreamers; undocumented immigrants who benefit from the Obama-era DACA program. Her dream is to become a citizen and write a book.
